1. Charlize Theron exuded femininity in a blush tone Dior Couture gown and diamond headband. Absolute perfection!
2. Evan Rachel Wood shocked and amazed me with her choice of gown. It is an iridescent green feather gown by Gucci Premiere. I do think someone with darker hair and a dramatic eye would have accentuated the dress a little more, but the dress stood on its on and did a great job of it.
3. Angelina Jolie looked like a glamazon from the 1950's in her Atelier Versace gown complete with matching red lipstick and clutch. Many have called it "white", however on camera it appeared to be a blush tone dress with a red accent around the neckline. Whatever the color, she looked fabulous and it fit her like a glove.
4. Sofia Vergara nailed it once again in a beautiful shade of sapphire mermaid style dress by Vera Wang. I loved the pleating details on the fishtail of the dress and as always, it accentuated her fabulous curves.
5. Laura Dern made quite the impression on me for her choice of gown. It was a beautiful sequined emerald green gown by Gucci with a contrasting turquoise neckline and belt. Honestly, it looked like something Kate Middleton would wear and I loved her for it. It was age appropriate and it showed off her impeccable figure.
7. New mother, Jessica Alba, dazzled in a pale lavender confectionary dream by Gucci. I especially loved the train of her gown and her makeup. Apparently, her daughter said she looked like a beautiful mermaid. Way to go, Mom!
8. From the front, Claire Danes had on a very modest and simple gown. From the back, she looked like a diva! I wish she had walked backwards everywhere because it looked soooo much better! Her unmentionables were peaking through the white fabric in the front and it was quite distracting. But she did follow my rule: if you are going to bare one thing, cover the rest.
9. Kate Beckinsale is always one of my favorites and she also donned a blush tone gown by Roberto Cavalli complete with a mermaid fit and flare.
10. Salma Hayek was stunning in a Gucci dress that had loads of eye catching adornments in architectural arrangements. Fabulous.
xoxo,
Miss Beanie
